Average Last Frost Date Coming Soon!

”zone

Here in Central Florida (Zone 9) the average last frost date is January 31st. With that date approaching it is time to get the spring garden ready!

So today I plan to go buy the wood and other supplies needed to start my newest raised bed garden. I plan on putting mostly early season vegetables in this raised bed and make another bed for my mid-late season crops!

What are you doing to get ready for spring?

    I’ve got my “Black Beauty” egg plant seeds started in my little green house along with some tomatoes and hot peppers. It’s always exciting to see them first sprout.

    @Roy Central Fla.,
    I have already put out my pepers and “Black Beauty” as well as some tomatoes and Basil… I am hoping it stays warm!
