Planters Pride Self-Watering System

I bought one of these at the beginning of the seed sowing season. I decided not to use this product to up pot some of my tomato plants to see how well the grow with the self watering seedling containers.

The set up is extremely easy, just place the pots on in the tray and you are ready to go. I used an organic potting mix that I mix myself and transplanted 10 tomato plants into the Planters Pride Self-Watering System. They grew well and were ready to be transplanted out doors about a week before the plants that were not in a self watering container.

The only down sides to this product I found was that a fungus grew on top of the soil of one of the plants (easily removed, and easily prevented if problem 2 didnt happen) and it did make me kind of lazy when it came to caring for the seedlings.
